Inspired by the alluvial landscape of the Moselle, the forests and the relief of the surrounding hills, the project reinforces an attractive living environment that respects its environment located on the edge of the Actisud shopping area.

The project aims to develop a landscape at the interface between city and nature. 

From the entrances, we can see the movements and undulations of the land that penetrate the business park and lead to the large structuring avenues, the main one of which has a real common thread: water at the heart of the project.

The plant palette rhythms the space and offers variations in landscape over the seasons.
