The "Domaine de la Voisine" belonging to the Pernod-Ricard Group is an exceptional wooded park of about 170 ha, in the heart of the Rambouillet forest and the Regional Park of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse. Three main areas of work have made it possible to integrate the architectural project into this exceptional environment, in a spirit of respect for the site and its history but also with a view to innovation in line with the image of the Pernod-Ricard Group :

  • Compose with a new hierarchy of living spaces for a better working and relaxing environment with a readability of the spaces to be covered based on landscape themes,
  • Recall the history and identity of the site
  • Establish user-friendliness at the heart of the project

Renovated to become a real seminar, the University Pernod-Ricard benefits from 6 hectares of multi-faceted landscaped gardens. In this exceptional setting, the success of the project is largely due to the excellent cohesion with the Contracting Authority and the Architect Cyril Durand Behar.
