Park open to the public

The Domaine de la Mevellière, ideally located in the heart of the City of Bouaye, is full of assets. In order to open it to the public, the Workshop supported the Contracting Authority (City of Bouaye) in defining the issues through the creation of a master plan.

Cooperative work with the various stakeholders of the territory and the inhabitants has made it possible to identify priorities to ensure optimal ownership of the park and an ideal phasing.

The park opened in spring 2018 and will eventually host a market garden farm, outdoor recreational activities such as fishing and swingland, cultural activities and environmental awareness spaces for the whole family.
