On the edge of a new district, the project consists in transforming a 3.5 hectare wetland into a natural park. The objective is plural: technical, ecological and aesthetic. First of all, it is necessary to consider the management of rainwater from the subdivision and integrate it into a park through a network of valleys and canals.

The design combines technology and aesthetics to create a pleasant and functional park.

Differentiated management was added to the concept that guided the spirit of the place. This variation in maintenance is based on the particular atmosphere of the park and Man has come to make his way.

This project received the first prize for development from the Maine et Loire County Council.
