The first national landscape reference in this field !

Located in the commune of Beaucouzé, the Atoll shopping centre is located at the interface of the city and the agricultural area.

A true pioneer in this field, it offers a place for the plant that constitutes and characterizes it. In order to reduce the influence of the car park and the image of the traditional shopping centre, a forest atmosphere has been created. With a view to sustainable development, rainwater is managed by a network of landscape valleys that allow direct infiltration into the soil.

With 43,000 plants and some 700 tall trees, the objective has been achieved and sets the tone for future shopping centre developments.
